Faith

When earthly things try to deceive

Faith gets me through because I believe

When pushed to a place beyond despair

He will send me a sign to let me know he is there

F is for the favor that he gives to me

A is for all things created by he

I is for insight so that I may see

T is for his touch that sets me free

H is for his son that died for me

As he gave his life on Calvary

So take all I have

Because I have all I need

That’s a friend in my Lord

That’s a friend indeed.
